From March to September, experience Atelier Five Nean’s Kitchen with authentic cuisine from Isan, a region in north-eastern Thailand, prepared by our talented head chef Nean. At the atelier, she combines traditional Thai flavours with modern techniques and contemporary presentation.

From the mountains straight to our hotel terrace:
Our two original mountain gondolas on the terrace create an incomparable ambience. Whether with friends, family or colleagues – spend a cosy evening in this special setting and enjoy our homemade fondue in a private, atmospheric atmosphere.

Swiss tapas from October to February

During the cold seasons, a delightful experience awaits you: homemade Swiss tapas, creamy fondue in five sophisticated variations and selected wines from the region. Our head chef Alexander Kroll combines tradition with creativity – and brings the diversity of Switzerland to life with every ingredient.
